 Moreover she or he is able to make good boarding with her or his team members. Apart of it, as a leader, she or he keeps them together, so that, whatever they get any project or task, they complete a soon as possible in generous way. However it becomes challenging sometimes for leader, because in team, there are more than five or six people, and everybody has different mindset. Therefore she or he has to deal with each team members. Therefore they can overcome this thing while communicate with each team members, and immediately he or she makes his or her own place at workplace. She or he gets popularity among the others employees.   As a team members, sometimes that's quite difficult to make them understand, however if she or he has great command on communication skill, therefore it becomes smoothly for them to bring or achieve their goals with team members. There are also many advantages of communication skill, such as, 

1. Get new opportunities, 

2. Get chance to improve our personalities 

3. Learn something new everyday. 

4. To come out as leaders in front of others or 

5. Good position and money through your work. 

6. Become more creative, 

We discussed that, as leaders, we have some responsibilities, and advantages. However  we get new opportunities or break to demonstrate  our potential or ability to everyone. We must be also take care of one thing during the communicating with our team members, it should be comprehensive and clear for them, otherwise there can be  create conflict between leader and team members. Being great speaker not only at workplace, but also everywhere. Then you will able to shine yourself.
