 Health and fitness for busy people.. 

As we know that, nowadays people are too much busy, they don't have time for  their family,, specially in urban city, we are aware of it that, how much there are rush,   so how they will be have time for themselves, specially for their health. Therefore I would like to share one story about one person, who is also among of these people. He  was around 40years old, he was living with his family in urban city. 

He had join family, he was one of the earning man in his family, he was great son, who was taking care of his old parents, he was responsible father, who was fulfilling all need of his children and most important thing was that, he was caring husband, who was always caring of his wife, because his wife was looking after his parents and their children behind him  very wonderfully way. She was considering herself one of lucky person on this planet, however one another hand, she was worried about his husband health. Because his husband  was doing all thing, whatever he could do to make them happy of his family, he just wanted to give them comfortable life as much as he could do, however he was not taking care of his health. 

One day, his wife tried to make him understand that, your weight is putting on day by day. He ignored her concerned in funny way. Days was going, one day he was coming from stairs, due to electricity was not there, therefore lift was not working, when he pressed door bell,suddenly  he fell on the floor, then his wife called the doctor at home, the doctor suggested of his that, you need to care of him and you also need to take care his obesity, because it's increasing day by day, which is not good for his health. He needs to do some exercises in the morning and little things, which through he would able to maintain his health. 

Since he understood to keep healthy and fitness himself, because if his health would be not good, so hoe he will take care of his family and keep them happy as well. He refused his weight and he tried to eat healthy food as well. Now he is healthy and happy with his family. 

He also encourages to others to stay healthy and fit.
